Every practice is worthy

Both a more intense strong practice and a more gentle practice is as equally important. The practice of yoga is about acceptance and listening to your own boundaries, everyday will be different on our body, therefor the importance of doing the practice that YOU need, is the most honest way you can cherish and show love to yourself.


Don´t get caught up in comparing yourself to others and their capabilities. Just a gentle reminder: You only have yourself and what your body is telling you is your own truth. Nobody can feel or know your own personal experience.
