Mindfulness is about learning to fully commit to the present moment. And to engaged with the present moment without any judgement or expectation. Being completely captivated of what is happening, totally aware.
Mindfulness research in the last decade has shown the great impacts of practicing continuously. Practicing mindfulness can promote better sleep, improve memory and reduce stress.
About Emelie
I am Emelie, a swedish Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher & Sound Healer (level 1&2), based in Gothenburg, Sweden. I teach Yoga & host Soundbaths and sound healing private sessions. The styles of yoga I provide is primarily Vinyasa Flow, but also slow flow, restorative yoga, yin yoga and meditation.
I teach classes online, and also work hard on courses & programs that will advance your practice, be the start to your yoga journey and/or improve your confidence on your mat. During the months of summer you will find me teaching yoga in parks like slottskogen and fjärnäsparken. I also teach private sessions and soundbaths at the comfort of your home and in "Folkets Hus" in Amhult Torslanda, Gothenburg.
